Our commitment
Woodland Ridge Cabins is committed to making our website and our lodging accessible to the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities. We are continually working to improve the experience for every guest and to apply the relevant accessibility standards.
Website accessibility
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. Steps we take include:
- Semantic HTML and a logical heading structure on every page
- A "skip to content" link and keyboard-navigable menus
- Descriptive alternative text for meaningful images
- Color combinations chosen for readable contrast
- Responsive layouts and adequately sized, well-spaced tap targets for touch devices
Some content is provided by third parties — including our online booking calendar, embedded maps, and 3D property tours — and its accessibility may be outside our direct control. If any of these prevents you from completing a task, please contact us and we will help you directly.
Accessible cabins & lodges
Our cabins and lodges sit in a natural, wooded setting with hills and gravel drives, so terrain, steps, and grounds vary from property to property. Some of our larger lodges offer main-level bedrooms and baths that may better suit guests with mobility needs.
Because every property is different, the best way to find the right fit is to talk with us. If you have specific mobility needs, please call us before booking and we'll help you choose the best fit and confirm what each property can accommodate.
Need help, or have feedback?
If you have trouble using any part of our website, need information in another format, or would like to discuss an accommodation, we'd love to hear from you — and your feedback helps us improve.
